Moed is operated by MOED LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17441845, registered office 61 Inverness Mews, London E16 2SP. You can reach us at admin@moed.uk.

Moed has not opened yet. We expect the first London wave in spring 2027 and we will tell you by email when it is confirmed. Until then you are reserving a place, not buying a live service.

You must be 18 or over and able to enter a contract. Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred or sold. Every member passes a live selfie check before taking part.

A founding membership is a single payment of GBP 49 made before we open. There are 500 of them and they are sold in the order they are taken. It gives you one of the 500 founding places in the first London wave, a Founding Member mark on your profile, and full access for twelve months from the day your account is opened.

After those twelve months membership continues only if you choose it, and founding members continue at the founding rate of GBP 19 a month. Standard rates at today's price are GBP 19 a month for Moed Core, GBP 39 a month for Moed Plus and GBP 99 a month for Moed Private, paid month by month with no annual contract. Nothing renews automatically, and we will always tell you the price before you pay it.

Your payment is held in full and stays refundable to you on request at any time until the first London wave opens. Ask us at admin@moed.uk and we will refund it. If we have not opened within twelve months of your payment, you may ask for a full refund and we will pay it.

Card payments are taken by Stripe, our payment provider, over an encrypted connection. MOED LTD does not see or store your card number.
